Pastel artist Carol Heath Stabile explores color with chalk pastel for beginners and experienced artists, in her next color class re-scheduled for March 17. Throw aside that
color wheel, roll up your sleeves and have fun with an instructor who is an expert at bringing out your most creative inner genius.
